Delivery Zones
Tote Sharks proudly serves the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, and Stone counties, along with portions of George and Pearl River counties. We offer free delivery within 10 miles or approximately 15 minutes of our Biloxi service area, including nearby communities such as North Biloxi, D’Iberville, and Woolmarket. For locations outside the free delivery area, we charge $25 for each additional 15 minutes of drive time, with a maximum advertised delivery range of approximately 60 minutes or 60 miles from Biloxi. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our delivery area, text us at 228-444-6656 and we’ll be happy to check for you.
How Delivery Works
Once your damage deposit is paid, you can choose your preferred delivery time from our available time slots using our online calendar.

After booking your delivery, you can easily choose a convenient pick-up time from our available online time slots.
On delivery day, your bins will arrive within your scheduled time window and be placed at your home so you can start packing right away.
On pick-up day, we’ll return within your scheduled time window to collect the bins from your location, so you don’t have to worry about returning them yourself.
Reminder: Please make sure all moving labels, stickers, and tape are removed from the bins before pick-up.
Delivery & Pick-Up Times
Our typical delivery and pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. When booking, you’ll choose a 1-hour time window within the available times for your delivery or pick-up. If you need a time outside these hours, text us at 228-444-6656 before booking your package to check availability. These are our typical hours and may occasionally change as needed.
Easy Pick-Up Process
Once you’ve finished unpacking, we’ll return at your scheduled pick-up time to collect your bins. Please make sure you, or someone you authorize, is available during your selected 1-hour pick-up window so we can complete the pickup smoothly.
Local Pick-Up & Return Option
Want to save on delivery and pick-up fees? You can choose to pick up and return your bins yourself at our Biloxi location at 1066 Lasalle St., Biloxi, MS 39530. Please make sure you bring a suitable vehicle with enough space to safely transport the bins. This option gives you more flexibility while helping keep your rental costs down.
